I repeatedly reminded them of the water spill but they ignored me. It could’ve been very easily for an elderly person or small child to slip and fall. One of the workers (female) was very rude. I’m very disappointed with our local Arby’s. Not to mention, trash was swept up in several piles within the walkways. Arby’s used to be one of my “go to” places, but not now.

I will give Arby’s a well deserved 4 stars. The food was excellent. The restaurant was sparkling clean (as it should be when they’re no customers). My milk shake was absolutely delicious. But it was TOO MUCH MONEY! $30 for two people at a fast food restaurant is ridiculous. Ridiculous. $1.16 for a cup of cheese sauce? That’s just greedy. I could see $30 at a nice, sit-down restaurant. “May I take your order?” “Tonight’s special is the grilled salmon.” Ok, $30 bucks, I can see that. But $30 for “you want curly fries or regular fries?” Ummm no. As much as I’m a fan of Arby’s, the store in South Williamson is just too expensive. I do not recommend, I will not be back, and this store has negatively impacted my opinion of Arby’s.

I’d have let the mistake slide had the girl working the window not questioned it so condescendingly. Simple mistake, I got coke instead of Dr. Pepper. Fine, no big deal. I’ll just ask for the correct drink. When I asked, she snapped “I gave you Dr. Pepper”. They got me another drink, still coke. So I went inside and had to get it from the machine inside myself and said they needed to check they’re machine in the drive thru. I genuinely always try to be nice to food service workers, but sometimes people need an attitude check and she’s one of them.

Horrible. $43 for two chicken sandwich combos and a beef in cheese combo. The fries were old. My chicken sandwich was supposed to be plain. The wiped the lettuce and mayo off the bin instead of fixing a new sandwich. Asked for two medium and a large. Was given two medium and a small. My jamocha shake was vanilla. The coke was only filled half way full. I’ll never eat Arby’s again.

I give them a three because it’s ridiculous to sit in the drive through for 15 minutes waiting for food. I don’t care what you order it’ll be at least 10 to 15 minutes wait time. Foods good but overpriced and the staff are friendly.
