I got mixed feelings about this place. The soup taste like them hospital chicken packs. No one in our party drunk it. The crab Rangoon’s weren’t the best so my kids ate it. The shumai were average but too oily.

Went for an impromptu birthday lunch for my daughter. Food was delicious, prompt, staff were friendly. They did a birthday dessert and sang for her, which was unexpected and very nice. We didn’t even know they were open (outside is a little deceiving) but the friends we were with suggested it, thankfully. They weren’t busy, so food was prompt and delicious.

We tried to go on a Saturday evening around 6pm. We should have turned around as soon as we saw the parking lot. Why does this place look dead at 6pm on a Saturday. Well we walked in anyway. We were promptly greeted and seated and apparently we were 1 of 3 couples in the whole restaurant. They did not do like most Japanese steakhouses and make one big show for the group, they had an elderly m behind the grill and one family finished and left soon after we got seated and the other couple looked to be mid way thru. We we sat at the corner of the grill and the table was soaked to the point they had to replace the paper menu. After that we looked at each other and said Nope. And walked out. Shoulda known by the empty parking lot.

The food is really good! The staff is super nice. The building needs work inside and out. It’s kind of dark when you walk in. That said, I will definitely get takeout again. I hope this business lasts but if they don’t put money in it soon I’m not sure it will.
