Everyone had pleasant personality, friendly and professional. The fish and onion rings tasted delicious. And they increase the portion size of the amount of food, that is now reasonable price for the fish box for 2 dinner.

I usually have a good experience. I guess that’s because I normally visit on Friday or Saturday when it is the busiest and the food is fresh. The fish I got on Monday was thin and dry as if it had been reheated several times. The two large and 3 small mushrooms I received was fried in old grease. I cut one open and saw it was disgusting. I should have gone inside to order because I didn’t see my food from the drive-in window until I got home a few minutes later. I was so disappointed that I actually took pictures of the food. I really didn’t need a reminder because my desire for fish has died. It’ll take a while before my craving will return. On a positive note, I can honestly say the cashier was courteous.

I ordered a fish box and okra today. The employee cut me off, before I was finished with my order. Did not receive ketchup, tartar sauce. Only received 1 cocktail sauce. The fries were cold with no seasoning. The store was not busy. There was only one customer before me.

Moby ducks in Shirley was a great place to go. But now that new People Working there are very rude Including the manager. You can’t talk to someone and ask a question my food was wrong to different times and I couldn’t call up there and talk to anyone because it would not answer the phone Now it says on the window check your food before you leave we don’t do no exchange When I make mistakes I need to be aware of it but in and went do anything about it I would love to talk to the owner I use a no AA but I don’t know if it’s the same one That’s my opinion Someone has to say certain

RUDEST PLACE EVER!!! The drive thru employee was one of the rudest men!! He did not give you time to place your order before cutting me off. He pretty much threw the food out the window. When I tried to contact the restaurant to place my complaint, the “manager” aka man at the window, was rude told me that he was getting mad and then hung up. I understand these are some trying times but rudeness should never be accepted. I will not support this business again and my complaints will go further!

Hardly any fries in box for 2. Shrimp was not cooked all the way. And mainly the staff was arguing the whole time. Counter personnel was polite but tension was very high. You could feel it.
