What first caught our eye was the outdoor seating and cute decor/vibes. We checked out the menu and ordered the lobster roll dinner + haddock sandwich. Both exceeded our expectations and were delicious! Ingredients are fresh and the quality is evident in the taste. Staff was so sweet and friendly. Our favorite lunch at OOB.

One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had, not to mention some of the best seafood I’ve ever had. I have had a lot of lobster in my life and this place was just exceptional. Not only was the food great, but it had amazing prices, especially for being smack dab downtown. $24 amazing lobster roll, can’t beat it. Get the lobster roll dinner, the tater tots were probably the best tots I’ve ever had! And the seating/dining area is adorable, comfortable, and new. Customer service was amazing, happiest staff who treat you so well. I can’t think of anything that wasn’t amazing about this place. Don’t consider going anywhere else for a lobster roll!

The lobster bisque was just amazing. Creamy, full of aroma, with many pieces of lobster in it… a delight! When we asked our server who made it, turns out she was the cook herself ♡ makes it fresh every morning! Her secret: put in enough lobster 🙂 and good cream so it has a full substance. After trying another soup elsewhere (3x times as many $$ & quite watery!), we can say her recipe works! Outstanding. Give this bisque a try & search no more! And say hello to the friendly cook (Suszanne, we think). What a sweet person!!

Such a cute atmosphere and the food is amazing! Best lobster roll I’ve had in the old orchard area and the lobster bisque is fresh with rich flavors. Definitely a go to spot for me going forward. Can’t wait to come back. Btw the customer service is top notch!
