How does a donut place run out of donuts? Tried to order glaze donuts, strawberry and chocolate. They didn’t have any of these and all they had was Boston crème. Then ordered and Everything Bagel and that was out as well. This is when I just left. Management is needed here because this is not the first time with issues. Never going back there.

Went here 3 days ago, walked inside because the drive through line was wrapped around the building. Inside 3 people working. One person at the window, one making coffee and one trying to open a trash bag. NO ONE…I MEAN NO CUSTOMER INSIDE! THE STAFF NEVER acknowledged us walking inside. We stood there for a good 4 minutes maybe longer. Still no response of “we’ll be right with, good morning or nothing!” This is the second time in two months they have done this at this location!!! This time we WALKED OUT!! We went to the DD location down the street across from Lowe’s with better service.

This Dunkin’ always seems to have a problem whenever I visit. Sometimes they are out of items. Sometimes their coffee taps aren’t working. Today their ovens weren’t working so they couldn’t cook anything.

Literally washing my hands with this Dunkin’ Donuts. Everytime I come in here it’s always a problem to redeem coupons. They said the frozen coffee wasn’t included in “frozen drink” while the picture showed in fact a frozen coffee. Just a bunch of young kids that clearly just wanna do the bare minimum.
