Absolutely Horrible and Unprofessional Business Behavior !!!, we ordered 4 Large Pizzas and some More Food & spent over $100, an Hour & Half later still NO FOOD !!! When we called them to tell them it’s been too long and we want our money back the Manager or Owner Lady was VERY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL and SHE REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK. Minutes later Delivery Driver arrived, we told him – “After Hour & Half of waiting we no longer needed their food, and we need our money back”, this guy left our food sitting on the Garbage Can (see picture).

Placed an order for delivery at 8:43p with an estimated delivery time of 60-65 minutes. No problem, we were willing to wait. Opened up the tracker around 9:45p just to check the status only to find the order had been CANCELLED. No text, no email and no call letting us know. When we called the store to find out what happened, the staff first said-without having asked for any order information, mind you- “we just can’t complete the delivery, but I thought I called you?” We asked if there was a specific reason and he placed us on hold for a second, came back and told us the delivery driver leaves at 10p so they can’t make the delivery but we’ll be refunded. Honestly, this should have been communicated better. Had we not checked the status and called ourselves, we would have never known our order was cancelled.

Pizza was right on time for pick up. Didn’t have my topping for the Lava cake. How do you eat that without the icing? Chessy bread had the perfect amount of spinach and cheese. Still my favorite pizza Extravaganza with Garlic Parmesan Crust!!

This is without a doubt the worst delivery I’ve ever had. The driver never showed and they told me when I called because their system had the wrong phone number for me the driver didn’t bring my parents food even their tracker app showed it was delivered!! They never came!! Then tried to blame me for not making sure my phone number was correct! I am disabled and take care of both my elderly parents. I can’t drive and we need dinner. They refused to bring it back out( not that they brought it the first time) so I am my 80 yr old parents went without dinner! Thank you Dominos on Church Street

The manager/owner is absolutely horrible, we requested refund BEFORE the pizza arrived. “She” said no, I don’t have a name because she identified herself as a manager but refused to give her name when I asked.

I ordered online tonight just for them to call me and say they have no drivers everyone left. This is not the first time it’s happened. They deducted the total from my bank account now I have to wait several days for my money back. I am left with a family super hungry and no way to order from another establishment. The staff was very rude, didn’t offer any solutions rushed me off the phone.

Never coming back!!! Got wrong pizza at drive thru. When I returned to store to complain, they tell me that I ordered the wrong thing. On top of the wrong pizza, the associate took my debit card and was gone with it for close to 10 min. This place has problems and have lost a regular customer.

Food was made properly and delivery was prompt and friendly however my salad was hot and the toppings were stuck to the top of the box. When I called the store to report the issue I was asked what did I want them to do.I didn’t want anything replaced just wanted to notify..I will not be ordering any salads again.

Horrible service came through drive thru they asked me to come in because the order wasn’t ready come in or pull back around came in they laughing and playing still no order order time said ready at 831 finally get some help and they haven’t even started the order saying the don’t have no control over online times yeah it’s def time to change employees then the white guy in the dark blue shirt gone say you want me to make it or not and I’ve already been sitting here 25 mins

Literally just got off the phone with a lady who took my order. She was so rude and was loudly huffing on the phone as if I was inconveniencing her by placing my order after being on hold for a long time. I like ordering here but not paying to be treated poorly for my business.
