I went to Jersey Mike’s at 8:35pm on 4/18/23 to get a Philly cheesesteak sub. They told me that they were no longer making any because the grill was being cleaned, I asked her if she could make me one after she’s finished cleaning it she said, no. I asked for a manager, she told me they didn’t have any manager only team leaders. So I left and went to another Jersey Mike’s by Cane bay and they were able to serve me, great guys over there.
