I used the App to order and then just pick up to have dinner at home. Everything was ready and on time when I arrived to pick it up.. Enjoyed the whole meal and really happy that they have the 2 parts instead of being stuck only having one item as the entrée getting to add half parts and still having a very good meal to enjoy and doing it at my home so that I could relax and take my time to have a good dinner at home yet no worry to prepare it. Food is very good and fresh. It’s inexpensive for what you get. The breads are all fresh. We love to do the half salad half sandwich combo so we can try different choices. I recommend the harvest turkey and the club sandwiches. I love the southwestern avocado salad but with ranch instead of lime cilantro. The chicken garden and savanna salad are great as well

Found a black hair in my mac and cheese. Also didn’t even order the max and cheese as a side. I ordered potatoe chips. When I went up to show them the hair in the mac and cheese that I didn’t order the employee totally disregarded my concern. She proceeded to correct me and tell me that I did in fact order the mac and cheese. Either way terrible service and the food had a hair in it. I would not recommend this place. The quality of this location has gone down hill.

This location is new and clean. I will not be going back to this one though. I have been here three times and every Tim the amount of meat on the sandwich is terrible. I have not had this problem with the one near South County mall. The last time I was told that it would be a while to thaw out meat and that was why they didn’t have enough for the sandwich.

We had McAlister’s cater my daughter’s birthday party on June 25th and I was blown away! They thought of every detail all the way down to an ice scoop, all of the condiments, etc. The food was phenomenal and the flavored teas with my daughters favorite color ribbons on them were spot on! The delivery driver was amazing and helped us set up and made sure everything was accounted for. Thank you for making the day extra special! You guys rock!

It’s just ok. The staff is always nice and accommodating but they can’t make up for what the corporate office decides to do. I really liked when they had a turkey, avocado and cranberry sandwich… it was really good and the butternut squash soup, yum (yes it was a fall menu a few yrs back)… I had it a few times and then they never brought it back… bummer to my fam.
