This location is my go to while on my way to work, it’s also the location I frequent with my pup Teddy. The staff are always so friendly and offer Teddy a pup cup when we go through the drive thru. This location gets 5 stars for service not only because of how they treat me but I’ve seen how they bust their butts during busy time of the day, they really try hard to make sure each customer is taken care of and things are done right.

I just left here. I was literally the first drive thru customer of the day and received a completely burnt crossaint sandwich. Very disappointing. If i didn’t just get off work, I would have brought it back. Can’t say they didn’t know because it was wrapped in a clear wrap, which I haven’t seen before. FYI: You need more lighting in the drive-thru, for safety reasons.

I don’t think there is one dunkin’ in the 33543 or the 33544 zip that can get anything right. And on top of it the customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. Dunkin’ needs a regional manager to come in and straighten all these stores out. It starts with the manager at each store after that. They need to learn how to lead and set standards for their employees. The employees can learn if the Managers don’t know what they are doing.

Arrived at 11am on 6/1/23. Nobody at the drive through and nobody waiting at the counter besides me. I watched 4 employees walk by, talk and pay attention to anything besides me waiting at the counter to order for 4 mins. Not even a glance to the customer waiting area. Clearly ignoring customers intentionally, which happens all the time here. I walked behind the counter to get someone’s attention and was finally asked “what’s up????” . I placed order and shook my head walking out. The manager of this location should be fired for allowing such a rude, disrespectful and unhelpful crew to be employed there. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. This crew of employees needs to fired on the spot. Pitiful. I’ll never go back and am telling everyone in WC to avoid these employees and this place at all costs.

I’ve only been here two times one of the times the service was horrible they just didn’t even seem to care about there job, the second time I went and got breakfast the hash browns weren’t cooked at all just fell apart in my hand and just tasted old. On my breakfast sandwich the sausage taste like grease and salt and the croissant was hard and flat. 10/10 don’t recommend I’ll never go again

Got a coffee this morning and it tasted horrible, no big deal I came around to ask her if she could re make it. Worker did not wanna open the window, they looked at me giggling I waved knocked nothing. Finally she opened I told her the situation and with an attitude she went back to re make it. She then took it to the side before closing it and came back licking her lips and grinning at me. I think we all know what happened so needless to say will not be drinking it or going back to the location.

The staff here is amazing. They’re always so sweet and nice and make my order right. I have seen how rude people are to them firsthand while waiting in line or waiting in the gas station and I just can’t comprehend why people are so rude and disrespectful. I love this Dunkin and everybody working here. They make my day when I come in here
