I ordered one of their smoked turkey breasts for Christmas this year. As you can see from the picture there was quite a line because of the impending winter storm that was supposed to come the next day. I only had to wait in line for about 20 minutes and when I got to the counter the employees we’re all still smiling and seemed happy to be there. The turkey breast is absolutely delicious and none of it goes to waste.

My wife ordered ham sandwich and salad. I ordered turkey sandwich and potato chips and small drinks. Food was great for first time visit. Also, ordered a ham and turkey for pickup for Thanksgiving. The morning associate seem to have an attitude like she didn’t want to be there. The afternoon associate was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Prices were reasonable.

Bought a ham the and it was good but grossly overpriced. Then bought lunch there for my daughter and I, a sandwich and a salad. Again, grossly overpriced. The sandwich was ok. Nothing spectacular. The salad was just gross. The lettuce was covered with sand!! SAND!!! Both salads went into the trash. The feeling of sand against my teeth was just the worst. I’ll never shop there again. NEVER!!

My wife call to order a ham and asked to make a reservation. She was told that they did not take reservations but that there were plenty available and she could come by the next day to pick one up. We decided to go there the same day to make sure we got a ham and were asked by an employee if we had a reservation since we could only get a ham if we had reserved one. When we explained that we were told we could not make a reservation just a few hours earlier, we received only a blank stare. No apology and no explanation from the employee or someone who appeared to be a manager. Terrible customer service, we won’t be back.
