Used Mobile order, pulled to the window to get my food they said my payment didn’t go threw. Checked my bank app and called my bank and the payment had went threw yet they were saying it didn’t and asked for my money at the window. Was not given a receipt. I dont recommend going because they will basically try to rob you at the window.

I ordered a Ocean blue water and sipped out of it and I wasn’t expecting the taste of tap water it was horrible. I have ordered it before at the sonics in Brookhaven, Ms and i I didn’t get the taste of tap water. Luckily I ordered a cranberry slush along with it. Other than that the car hop was very polite and friendly. Service was fast.

While waiting on my food you could see the employee on the inside clearly eating, spitting whatever out of her mouth onto whatever she was eating off of. Food came out wrong, reheated to say it’s 8:00 am. Carhop was pleasant.

I travel a fair amount and usually avoid name brand burger joints, for several reasons. Service is often slow, food is almost always luke warm, and the sandwiches generally lack flavor. I made my first visit to Sonic in Natchez Mississippi and was very very surprised. Ordering was a breeze at their outdoor drive-ins, service was excellent, and the single burger that I had ordered came out piping hot. It was delicious. This NEVER happens at the other places. I have vowed to not go back to one in particular because the food always comes out slightly warm at best. I am disappointed every single time. Well done Sonic. I will come back!..
