They need to worry more about who they staff and quality of food. We ordered 4 western burgers and they were all cooked horribly. Very rubbery, the bacon was over cooked, and the buns were very hard and stale. The staff was very rude and most of them were either bickering and on their phones worried about personal issues rather than service. There was no hospitality and there were incredibly long wait times. If you want to get your food fast and are really hungry I’d go somewhere else because this place is very inefficient. Breakfast was ok and kind of quick before we hit the trails. I really wish management would make this location better and more enjoyable for all patrons

I don’t mind waiting when the food is great, but it looked like it was theown together and smashed into the bag. Wouldnt matter so much if it didnt cost so much more than other fast food chains. Really looking forward to this, so it was just disappointing.

Worst experience ever. Walk up to the counter to order and one of the employees knocked the fry scooper in the floor. I watched her pick it up and place it back on the edge of the fry warmer. After I ordered she went over and started scooping fries up with that same scoop I watched her drop in the floor. Would not feed these peoples food to my dog!!! If I could give a recommendation of less than one star I would!!!!

Sadly nice people work there, but the food never looks like the ads. The only thing truly worth eating there is a plain biscuit, that way the meat isn’t over cooked or old.. Their have been times they gave us can pop because the pop machines were down, French fries because they were out of hash rounds. The list just goes on and on.. Great location to put in a Tudors or TacoBell.. Maybe its a management problem who knows..

Clean with fast service. Food was hit & within expectations for Hardees. I would have given another star but the toilet in the men’s room was not in a stall. I know the area has drug problems but I couldn’t make myself lock the main door for my privacy so I ended up using the restroom somewhere else.
