This chipotle is short staffed but there are some great staff members here. The rest 100% need a better attitude because the friendliness is WAY off, most of the younger staff is very stand offish. The older staff is really awesome as is the manager interactions.

I went recently and they weren’t even open on time. It was nearly an hour after opening time and there was a sign on the door that their opening would be delayed. Even then, the sigh did not provide a sign… Today I went through the drive thru to get my mobile order and the brown rice is undercooked. Doesn’t seem like it was cooked much at all to be honest. It was crunchy . This location is so convenient and the drive thru option, but they need new management IMMEDIATELY!!! I’ll stick to Anderson and Cherry Grove.

DO NOT GO HERE THE FOOD ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ! I’ve gone here twice now and the food has looked as tho it has been sitting out since it’s been open. I tried to give it a second chance (shouldn’t have) because the first time I came toward closing. The workers are extremely rude . Each time I’ve gone I have wasted money bc the food is just disgusting. And I LOVE chipotle. The one on Wooster and the one in Anderson are great. The Food is fresh eatable. Do not waste your time coming to this chipotle. And I don’t know who trained the cooks but geez they need a new one.

Chipotle lost my business last year at a nearby location. Placed a mobile order, waited like 25 minutes and still no food. Asked for a refund, was told I’d get it. Later was told by the manager to talk to corporate, who just has a robot tell you they are too busy. Never got my money back, never buying chiptole again!
