Whataburger Menu – Gonzales, TX

Type : Restaurant

Location : Gonzales, TX

Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Circa-1950 fast-food chain for counter-serve burgers, some stacked with multiple patties. Based on 900 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 3.9 stars. Price $

Coming to the store for many years. Always enjoyable and always fresh. The staff is on point with anything that you need! The food is served quickly hot and fresh! Today it was jalapeño cheese burger with french fries. A good lunch for a Sunday afternoon, they aim to please!

Our favorite Whataburger in the area. The food is always decent, they are usually fully staffed, and everyone is friendly.

Breakfast biscuit with egg, cheese, and sausage was good. Biscuit was fresh. Service was friendly. Breakfast was delivered quicker than expected. The temperature of the food was spot on. The only draw back was the potato sticks. They were incredibly greasy. I wrapped each one in an individual napkin to try and make them edible. Each napkin became completely soaked in grease.

We had a last minute catering order for 20, these folks got it done right, in great time, and good. All while smiling and absolutely no attitude on a busy night

The worst whataburger ever. An hour on a prepaid order. Apparently doesn’t know who the GM is and lacks basic communication. Shut this location down. The food was disgusting, burned and the don’t pick up the phones. I will request a full refund in the morning. Do yourself a favor and drive to BUCCEES

Hate to rate a place so low, but, the last time I stopped in late one night, I ordered a whataburger hold the onions. I should have checked it because when I got down the road and unwrapped it, it had meat and onions. Lots of onions. Pretty sad that the immature employees are left alone to do whatever they want. Haven’t been back.

Sadly, the food wasn’t great at this Whataburger. Fries were hot but bitter to taste, and the burger was undercooked (the cheese wasn’t even melted). I’m a big Whataburger fan, but since the company has changed hands, the food quality has slipped terribly in Victoria, Cuero, and now in Gonzales as well. I will NEVER recommend In-and-out, but these days, the food at Whataburger is as bad as In-and-out. Sorry yall, nothing good to say about the Gonzales store this time!

The drive though service is horrendously slow. Two vehicles in front of me and it took thirty minutes just to order. Easily over forty minutes waiting on food.
