Read so many great things about Julie’s Place, and it was even better than we expected. The atmosphere was so cool; especially all the sunflowers. My husband and I both had the fried chicken livers, and they were wonderful. The homemade biscuits and warm apple butter were superb. Our server was the best. She was so friendly and attentive. We will definitely be repeat customers! Thank you for an excellent experience!!!

This place is AMAZING! The hardest part is deciding what to order off their fantastic selection! Britney our server was just awesome! She took such good care of us and was very helpful on entree selections! The owner Julie welcomed us and was very nice. This place is very clean and welcoming. You can not go wrong! There’s something for everyone here . I’m vegan and got the veggie plate with 4 sides and my friend ordered a meatloaf platter. Fried pickles as appetizer. The food was AMAZING! Excellent service too!

Cute little spot to stop in for a bite. Their menu had a little bit of everything so we had no problems getting what we were in the mood for. Service was fast and efficient, everyone was very nice. It really felt like I was at my grandparents’ place for a meal.

Cutest little restaurant! All of the decor is wonderful. We aren’t from here, but when we come up, we make it a point to frequent this restaurant. Every server we have had has been a sweetheart, attentive and the owner obviously takes pride in her menu, staff and establishment. Highly recommend!!!!!

Wonderful country cooking and hometown hospitality. We had the fried green tomatoes with delicious sauce, fried chicken and red mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, okra gun country fried steak. Delish biscuit and apple butter that are fluffy and sweet goodness!

We have been coming to the Murphy, NC for several years and this was by far the best meal we have had! It is well worth the 25-30 min drive! The food is homemade and delicious, the service was friendly and the restaurant is decorated adorably! The owner, Julie, was there and was checking on all of her customers. Emma was a fantastic service, always with a smile and was on top of refilling drinks, etc. We will definitely be back the next time we come up, maybe for breakfast!

Best Food in Our Area. Home cooking at its Finest! Super Friendly place and Kitchen staff rock’s awesome food out fast and always on point. If your looking for a meal that will fill you up and craving it again this is the place. I eat here at least once a week. I’d give them 7 stars.
