It would help to not microwave the cheese burger so long that the bun gets very tough. It seems like you make the burgers ahead of time and then nuke them to order. When you charge as much as you do the food should be outstanding. Won’t go back.

Not sure why everyone is complaining about service, but the guys taking my orders today were great! Got my Oreo blizzard and onion rings super fast. The onion rings were piping hot and crispy too. You also get a lot for a medium order here vs jack in the box who gave me 3 for my order. Absolutely nothing wrong wind my Oreo blizzard as well. It was thick with tons of Oreo chunks.

The crew member was extremely kind! My kids were getting their free cones from the kids meals, and the crew member let them get dipped cones. He even placed all the cones in a holder so I could carry them to the table super easy.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered a medium blizzard and they tried to give a small while charging medium price. Asked the guy to hold up a medium and he showed me their smallest size cup.
