Coleslaw was dry, Chicken was so greasy I could not eat it. It was dripping with oil inside and out! The oil tasted like it hadn’t been changed in a couple weeks. Nasty!

We make one trip to hermitage a week for an appt. We have stopped at this KFC each week for several months now. This’ll be the first week we don’t. There’s almost aways chaos while placing our very simple order. The workers often sound miserable and introduce themselves at the drive thru with “go ahead and order”. That’s fine, just off putting.

I have been coming here since I was little and I’m 37 currently. I gave it three starts simply because of the roller coaster ride this company has put me on. Prices are way to high in my opinion even though I know the price of meat is astronomical. You never know if the dining is clean or dirty, the chicken is pretty consistent on quality but everything else is a roller coaster. Unfortunately it’s one of the very few establishments in the valley that has chicken like this.
