I ordered on doordash, and this was the first place I picked. I got a salad and sandwich combo and ordered there adobe sandwich, and let me just say, you really get the bang for your buck. Salad was a pretty big size but that’s not a big deal. The sandwich and salad were both amazing. If you like deli restaurants like I do, I definitely recommend this one!!!

We have been multiple times now and I haven’t had a single sandwich or salad that I didn’t like. Ingredients are always fresh, bread is great, and the salads are massive! Staff is friendly and quick even during the lunch rush. Always look forward to my lunch when I visit Main St Deli.

I was disappointed with this place. I ordered a bowl of Chix Tortilla soup. The soup bowl wasn’t even filled, it had 1 piece of chicken in the soup. It ended more like bean soup. The bread the gave me was toasted, but it like a slice of bread and had a hard stale bite to it. Absolutely not worth the money I paid or the time I lost driving there to check it out 🙁

Yum. I had 1/2 spinach artichoke salad that had a 1/2 avocado with it and half #12 cucumbers, hummus, avocado, provolone on rye! Stuffed! Delicious !

Food is soooo good. They make amazing sandwiches ***** my lack of one star is that I feel the lobby needs to be cleaned more often. There is usually standing room only to wait for the food. I think they are ready for a bigger building, one more employee to greet, clean and run the register. There is always one employee that has to stop making sandwiches to run the register. Great business, great sandwiches and I am hooked!!!!

Usually always enjoy the food here, today I ordered my usual half a number 9. I was told I was order number 67, sat for a while and multiple orders that were taken after mine were called for people to get their food. When 67 was finally called my sandwich was cold. I let them know that my hot sandwich was cold they offered to remake it but I declined because I had to get back to work. Not very happy with my service today

I love supporting local businesses but my experiences here continue to disappoint to the point I feel a review is necessary. I placed an order for a sandwich for pick up during my lunch break. I arrived when the sandwich was meant to be completed to find it had not been started yet. I waited another 10 minutes for it to be ready. Once I got back to my place of work, I opened it to find that it was not the sandwich I had ordered originally. I attempted to call 5-10 times in the next few hours to request a remake but was unable to get through. Finally after a few hours had passed, a worker answered. I let them know the situation and was responded with a handful of accusatory questions about why I took so long to call back, “how” I ordered my sandwich incorrectly, and just a lot of poor customer service and attitude. This wouldn’t be the first time experienced poor customer service at this business and I feel the employees need A LOT more training in how to address mistakes and dissatisfied customer experiences. I hope management recognizes this room for improvement because small town businesses thrive when word of mouth is positive. I realize this experience is a common consensus amongst others I know.
