Let me just say I’m surprised the manager is still working here and working the drive thru. He charged me an extra fee on my card on top of what was charged for my order. He doesn’t tell you the total or give you the receipt. I reported him to corporate multiple times for multiple things and is still here and surprisingly still making the same mistakes. He complained about his job to me saying that I don’t understand how hard his job is. Well today I came to Burger King hoping that he wasn’t here but he was. The burger meat smelled off and not only that, they were not fully cooked. Looked like they threw them in the microwave and that was it. They didn’t have the grill lines on the meat and they were pink and pale looking. DO NOT EAT HERE! They need a new manager.

I ordered food through the Burger King app at this location and when I pulled up to the drive through to pick up my order. They had informed me that it was already picked up. Not by me, and they had given my food to someone else. They refused to reimburse me of my money or my food that they gave away to someone who did not have my name for this order. They also changed their statement about giving away my order to it not existing at this location, so I will never be eating this food again. I’ve never had this problem before let alone leave a bad review like this but this was absolutely insane to go through.

This burger King is booty. On more than one occasion I’ve come here for the sole reason that I had a giftcard, but they pretend to swipe it and then say the giftcard isn’t working. What are the chances of that happening every time, with different giftcards. Not sure what scam they’re pulling or if they’re just stealing money or what but yeah… nothing is worse than going to a restaurant solely because you have giftcards, maybe buy an extra burger because you wanna use it all up… then you have to pay real money cause they don’t know what a giftcard is. Also they’ll sit there and watch you order items that make up a promotional meal and charge you the a la carte price, and then you find out when you’re driving away there’s a 2 for $5 promo or something and they didn’t say anything.

I have always loved Burger King but wth. They were not at all busy when I went tonight. There was one car in front of me and that was all. The food smelled off the minute it got in my car. I get home and start eating it and it taste like it’s been in old grease ALL day and I open it up and my bun was burnt….like come on seriously it takes 2 seconds to heat up a bun or give me a room temp bun but a burnt bun smh. Do better.

Very disappointed I work at a Animal Hospital in Round in Rock, and I drove all the way over here through traffic and waited on a long train just to get a meal that I ordered while I was at work that told me it would be ready before they close at 11 I arrived at the food place no later than 20 minutes before they closed and I was told that my meal wasn’t even ready and that they don’t make food because they’re short staffed tonight. Horrible and dirty. The man taking my order (who I’m pretty sure is the manager) was unable to tell me pricing of items and extremely argumentative. The restaurant inside and out is dirty and obviously not cared for. The rude man wore a pink-ish colored button down with jet black slicked back hair. If y’all need a good manager who cares let me know.
