I realize with covid things are harder to get… But if you’re business revolves around root beer, you’d think it would be a priority not to run out of root beer. Stopped in today at 5:55pm to buy a large root beer and was very rudely told that they were out of root beer.

Ordered a standard fish shrimp combo, with a drink to go. Apparently the drink wasn’t caught or heard in my order, so there went that. It comes with fries but i wasn’t given any ketchup or even napkins, just two or three tartar sauce packs. But worst of all, i wasn’t given one of those plastic fork/spork things they’re supposed to give you, so i guess they expected me to eat the fish just with my hands. Yeah, this was pretty bad. Yall should really shape up, especially at the time i came in, when there was a total of ZERO other people, meaning you werent too busy. I get accuracy on orders will always slip up every now and then, but man, when you have nothing else going on, I’d find it hard to justify messing up then. I would hate to see perfomance during peak hours.
