First time customer l do however think service is great my only reason for two star is because the food could have been a little bit fresher and not something that was sitting up there for hours and hours willing to give them a try again to bring the two star up to a five star. Food is great. We love the chicken and the macaroni. They had no silverware for the food that we needed it for. We ate in store. We had macaroni,salad, and the 25 tender family meal. When we ordered they didn’t tell us they had no silverware. My daughter ended having to use her hands for the salad and we had to use small cup tops for the macaroni. Very disappointed. We looked stupid.

Tried to place ba order in the drive thru. Wanted a 12 piece without to thighs. They said they couldn’t substitute. I have been here before and they have. I asked to speak to the mgr. She said she was. I informed her I would pay additional cost since we don’t eat thighs. She said we can’t substitute. I went and spent the $30 I would with them to the KFC in Pearland. Will not be back to golden chick

Ordered some chicken because my coworker said it was a good place. The chicken breast and wing was huge. So big that it couldn’t be fried correctly. They had pieces that was uncooked due to the size of the breast and wing. The rolls were awesome and the sweet tea was made to perfection. No too sweet.

We normally go to Popeye’s, decided to try this place. Customer service awesome, I am big on customer service, it was as good as the rolls. Chicken did not have flavor and for that reason I gave it 3 stars. Because of the customer service, I will go back to try other menu items, as for chicken, sticking with Popeye’s.
