Is there a 10-star rating? Don’t get me started. Everything here is great. In a community full of fast food and chains, this place is the (somewhat hidden) beacon of light. It’s a small locally owned shop without the fanfare and signage. It’s going to be a bit more expensive than your microwaved hamburger down the street – because they made it here, from scratch.

Well Deserved #1 status! Best Brisket I’ve ever had. Delicious hot and leftovers delicious later cold. Thrilled to find and enjoy this take out establishment when I was traveling for business. Wonderful experience here recently & want to recognize them. Very friendly on the phone! Hubs got pulled pork sandwich & two sides. I ordered a club & sides. Cheesy potatoes & Mac salad are delish! The Mac salad is seasoned so well. And, hubs liked the baked beans. Affordable! $30 for both of us. I had leftovers…hubs didn’t. ☺️

Best brisket I have ever had! Love the mustard sauce. We had spicy beans, cole slaw, green beans and collard greens between all of us. All were great!. Only downside is there is no indoor dining area. Picinic tables outside. Can’t wait to try other items. We all got the brisket BBQ plate since it’s something we don’t make at home. These folks are serious BBQ people! You won’t be dissapointed!
