The place was a little dirty, with stuff on the floor also only one guy was working on the counter so one person took about 5-8 minutes to take care of each person. While I was in the store waiting, 5 people were also waiting behind me, I called in the order at least 30 minutes before and I still had to wait 10 minutes when I came into the store. I get 8 piece leg and thigh, the chicken was juicy, good food just need to improve on the staff.

I bought 20 whole wings from this place and when I tell you they have more feathers on it than flour. It looked as if they threw frozen unclean chicken in the fryer and served it. My chicken had so many feathers on it, that it looked like FUR. I will never go to this place again. This place made me not want fast food for a very long time. I will just cook at home.

I will NEVER go to this Captain Jay’s again! I called to place my order yesterday at 7pm for today at 1p. I got the a few minutes later to make sure it was ready ( because it was a fairly big order). They told me the person that took my order put it in a “different” area than they usually put the orders so they were gonna cook it now….. But of course I wasn’t told this until they young lady had me to pay on my debit card, we all know a refund would’ve taken 5-7 business days.
