This was my 2nd time ordering from Marco’s. The 1st time was not memorable. So I decided to give them another try. I’m so glad I did. I ordered the Pepperoni Melt pizza which comes with extra cheese and extra pepperoni. It did not disappoint. The pizza was so cheesy and good and had lots of pepperoni as well. My only criticism is that the crust was really thick even though I did not order the thick crust. I also got the cheesy bread. It was good as well.

We just ordered Pizza for the first time from Marco’s in Summerwood. The pizza was excellent. Not those scarcely topped pizzas like most places. We were very pleased! Grandkids loved it. Thank you Marcos!

Absolutely delicious. The pizzas were phenomenal. The cheesy bread is out of sight. I almost thought they sent me somebody else’s order. I’ve never seen cheesy bread so robust, enormous and delicious. The person who took my call was very patient and kind. The delivery fella was super nice as well. ☮️✌️ ️

I ordered a pizza online and went to pick it up. It wasn’t ready so I stood there and watched the workers. The girl (reddish brown hair) checked me out then went right into the kitchen. I watched her touch her pants, pick things off of the floor, check other customers out and never washed her hands with soap. She ran water on them for a quick second and went right back in the kitchen to cook. Very nasty. You don’t handle the register, touch your clothes etc then handle people’s food. Her appearance is what made me stand there and watch in the first place. She was dressed differently and did a little more so I assumed she was the manager which is not good because she isn’t making the workers do the right thing either.

The customer service was top notch. I ordered the pizza online to pick up, then I ran two quick errands and they took longer than expected: when I got to the restaurant they said because I ordered the pizza an hour ago it’s cold, so they’ll make me a new one! That was really great customer service. They even gave me the original one I ordered, so I left with two boxes of pizza, even though I only ordered one.

Real honest reviews!!! Employees were good and polite. Food was terrible!! Really greasy just a mess it’s not even pizza at this point just bread with grease! :/. Very saddened because this was the first time I gave Marcos pizza a chance and I regret it completely. I won’t be coming here again!!! Plus the medium size pepperoni is 14$ Domino is almost half of that!

Purchased for delivery pizza and wings when the store initially opened- the time for delivery was approximately 1.5 hours- after 45 minutes I called the store and spoke with CSR only to get excuses. At 1.25 hours called the store and spoke with the manager and she stated that they were waiting on a delivery driver- the delivery driver arrived at over 90 minutes- all food was cold. Called and spoke with manager and was given a store credit for complete order. Called and order pizza and wings and was going to use store credit but shift lead could not find store credit. He offered 25% on complete order but continually gave excuses even stating that they had no store manager at the time and they just got new systems and he did not know how to access store credit. And stated they will be getting a be manager on July 5th. I have ordered many times from the Marcos in Atascocita without any incidents. This store has been a disappointment!!!

The website really needs to be fixed. I loved getting Marco’s Pizza, but ever since they opened the new location and changed their website, I can’t use any coupon sent my mail OR email. The behavior with 3rd party delivery members also needs to be checked, they’re quite dismissive and snappy when you try to ask questions.
