Amazing! Tonight I tried the Reuben and fries and my daughter had the kids chicken tenders and fries. First off, my daughter is extremely picky and she devoured her meal. That speaks volumes to me! My meal was delicious. I would have liked a lit more dressing on it but I am a super saucy person and will just ask for extra next time.

I order the Hot Cajun sub and it was sooooo good!!!! I love spice and heat and it was the perfect balance, plus great flavor. My husband got the The Bomb with chicken sub and it was awesome too!!! Great great flavor!!! Highly recommend!!

I feel really bad leaving a 3 star review but I feel like I got super unlucky with my sub. Maybe I should have just stuck with a normal cheesesteak or something. I got the teriyaki chicken sub and holy crap… the teriyaki sauce was way too salty. Almost tasted like they cooked it in soy sauce, not your average teriyaki sauce. I had about 3 bites and threw it away. Wasted my money trying this place. Might try a Philly one day if im feeling it, not sure I want to risk my money again though

Steak Bomb sandwich was fantastic! Steak, cheese, peppers, onions, tomatoes and bacon! Wonderfully similar, yet different enough from a hot beef sandwich from a well known Chicagoland restaurant chain. Fries were serve in a medium size beverage cup and were cooked in sync with sandwich. Food was hot and delicious.

I ordered delivery, thinking, “How could they get this wrong??” The ticket was printed out properly, but the staff did not bother to read it.. My sandwich was missing cheese, bacon, and one of my vegetables.. Now, I can see missing one item, that’s a common mistake.. But they left out the bacon and cheese also, that’s just sad .. That means that the employee didn’t even bother to READ the ticket, nor check the ticket once the sandwich was completed.. What kind of leadership has it’s employees untrained and unsupervised running amuck?? How did my order go out with so many mistakes?? The result: you lost my business for about a year..

Decided to give this place a try today for lunch since I was craving a Philly and noticed Charley’s was no longer there but replaced by this “Jon Smith Subs” buisness. Long story short the food was excellent! I pre-browsed the menu online instead of loitering around the front counter so I wouldn’t be in the way of ordering customers and decided on the 6″ Steak Bomb minus mushrooms and made it a combo with fries and a drink. It was absolutely THE BOMB! Sandwich was tasty and fresh. Meat was made to order and cooked nicely. Lots of flavors and as others stated in their reviews they were generous with the portions. I wouldn’t say I’m overweight, but I do like to eat and be full after a meal and the 6″ with fries was more than plenty for me. Couldn’t imagine getting a 12″. The fries servings were also larger than I expected as well! Came loaded in the bag in a tall cup. Drink was well carbonated and syrup balance was great. Over excellent experience and I’m so glad I tried it. Price wasn’t bad either. For the sandwich and make it a meal combo it came out to $14.46 which is about what I expected to pay at Charley’s subs as well. I also signed up for their rewards program on the app. Great to see that there is potential for rewards upon every visit/purchase. Would definitely recommend and will eat here again next time I’m at the mall. Hope this helps someone else!
