Always clean, professional, friendly in my experiences. My orders are relative to pizza with a variety of toppings and no complaints. Sometimes I get the family larger size with just cheese and maybe other basics then add my special toppings at home. Makes it easy to have a unique pizza for less.

This location is pretty top notch, only a few minor complaints over the years, which were due to sloppy preparation and ingredients from other people’s pizzas making it on to ours. That being said, of the probably dozen or so different Papa Murphy’s I’ve been to, this one is just about the most consistent with prep and pick up times.

If a old skinny looking dude with glasses(named Dave) is working and you have an ESA animal BEWARE! I’ve been going to this pizza place since i was a little girl. Never have i dealt with someone SO RUDE. I suffer from CPSD and anxiety. this man even kicked me and my autistic daughter out in the rain one day when we were just trying to warm up before finishing out trip back home. everyone else working there are very nice and never have been as rude as that old man. He wouldn’t even give out the right number to make an offical complaint, had to google search to find it.

Horrible experience here at 5:00PM on 8/13/2022. I walked in to order a pizza. I then waited over 30 mins for them to make it after I ordered my pizza, while they kept making online orders. No one else was in the store. When I ordered my pizza there was a communication error where I wanted a half Hawaiian half pepperoni, they put my order as something else. When I realized this on the receipt, I brought it to the staff’s attention and asked if I could have it made the way I thought I ordered it. Only to be met with eye rolls, whispers and laughter. Then a manager came out to tell me they haven’t even made the pizza yet with a big sigh. I then waited another 20 mins for them to finally make the pizza. Not very nice especially when I had a 1 month old in a car seat waiting with me. Also, work on your portioning, one slice of pizza having all of the pineapple doesn’t really scream “Hawaiian”

Honestly this is the rudest pizza place I have ever been to. We ordered from here several times then gave up. There is an older man with a mustache who was incredibly rude, speaking down to both me and my wife as if we are stupid. While I was there to pick up a pizza an older lady came in. She had ordered online and paid for it. He still charged her more, saying she didn’t pay for all of her order. The whole time he spoke rudely to her implying she could not use the internet (too dumb) and such. He is the rudest. Whole place has problems. Go to another site. Papa Murphys is great but not this place.
