I stopped in on 3/6/2023 and picked up an order of carnitas to go. When the order came, I was stunned at how heavy the container was. When I opened the container, I was awestruck by the amount of food in the box. It had a HUGE helping of carnitas, heaping servings of rice and beans (whole, not refried), fresh veggies and cilantro, four flour tortillas, and a very hot sauce.

The food is GREAT! It’s fresh and definitely has different flavors from the other restaurants that serve mexican food. This place used to be a gas station but has been converted. Seats around 25 to 30 inside.

Had the marinated pork street tacos. Very flavorful, but I didn’t receive any radishes. There was no menu to order from (she said they were ordered, but hadn’t come in yet) so I had to pick from their “most popular” items that the owner could tell me about. Service was good.

We ordered carnitas platter and chicken tacos. When we arrived to pick it up he said they didn’t have carnitas and they subbed a similar meat. Well we aren’t sure what it was but it was terrible. We threw it away. The chicken tacos were fine. We probably won’t go back.
