I ordered a buffalo chicken salad and a chees steak sub. The salad was horrible. It was so hot I threw it away. There was, what looked to be an entire bottle of sauce just poured over it. The liquid took up 1/4 of the container and made everything soggy. I asked for the peppers and onions on the cheese steak to be cooked, and if that was not possible, to just leave them off. They were raw and added. I know this doesn’t seem like a big deal, but the sub and salad cost almost $30. The portion of “large” salad was the size of a side salad and nowhere near “large” and to have to throw it away was disappointing. I’ll stick to supporting the fundraising. The subs are cheaper that way and much better than ordering direct.

I placed my order through the app so I could just walk in and grab it and go. When I got there, a girl came from the back and I told her I had placed an order online. She then looked at the screen and saw the order. Instead of my order being ready I had to wait. There was no one else there until another women walked in. The employee took her order then started on my order. At that time another girl walked out of the back to help. So not only did it not expedite my order by placing it through the app, I had to wait even longer. My subs had so much lettuce on them they wouldn’t close. I asked for house dressing and did not get this either. This was on a May 27th about 3 when I placed my order. Extremely disappointed

Fantastic subs! Their bread is amazing. They’ve always been willing to accommodate to any needs I’ve had! Another perk, they give discounts to local first responders!

The staff was not friendly or attentive. The food was ok, except for the Philly cheese steak….the meat tasted ‘gamey’. The restaurant was clean though. Overall, will not be going back!

My work ordered subs from here a week ago and they were AMAZING, so bought some for my family today. Subs were noticeably smaller than last time, but not a huge deal. It was a bummer that none of us got the pepper relish we ordered, but my dad did get an entire piece of plastic bread twist in his…not exactly the trade off I was expecting or appreciated..

Every time I’m in there the staff is super friendly. Their food never disappoints. Not to mention they have the absolute best dressing out of any sub place around here. Of course that’s opinion so go try it for yourself. Just a warning it has an apple cider vinegar base. Absolutely delicious!

I don’t write negative reviews very often, but our experience at Power House Subs was awful. When ordering, I was told they’d only give me a water glass if I paid for a fountain drink. That’s ridiculous. I understand there is a cost involved in buying the cup, but charging the same as a fountain drink? Come on. Then we got our food; my sub had so much mayo it was dripping out of the bottom in huge globs. Gross! The final straw for me was the snarky review response I read when someone complained after a tasteless sub. Rather than taking it seriously, they responded something along the lines of “you must have covid.” Wow, as a business owner, your customers are everything, and not taking their feedback seriously is the fast path to failure.

Really fast service was appreciated. Unfortunately when we sat down to eat later that night, we saw that we were served the wrong sandwiches. We would have been ok with that but they were incredibly mid.
