I don’t eat hamburgers often, but when I get a craving for one, I head to Five Guys! Love the Cajun fries ! Went at a slow time today, and staff was busy cleaning everything ! I like that ! They quickly made my order and loaded up the bonus fries My favorite hamburger place !

I stopped in to grab a to-go lunch while in Medford for a couple days (wife and kids went next door, but I wasn’t feeling like chicken). The service was very friendly and pretty quick (especially for a 5 Guys). The burger was good and the fries were great. The downside (as is always the case with 5 Guys) is that they’re pretty spendy- especially for just a burger and fries.

Without a doubt, the happiest Five Guys experience I’ve had. I’ve visited numerous locations, and while some Five Guys can be quite gloomy in terms of mood, that’s not the case with Sarah. I strongly believe she deserves a raise and some extra recognition. She truly adds a touch of sweetness to this establishment. When I called, she wasn’t just helpful; she was incredibly enthusiastic and full of personality. Despite placing an online order, she went above and beyond by ensuring my special request for a bag full of condiments was fulfilled. Dear manager, please acknowledge Sarah’s exceptional efforts. I will certainly be visiting the shop again, and until then, I hope she continues to handle my Uber Eats orders. Please provide her with a well-deserved raise and extend my gratitude to the entire hardworking staff who bring joy to the taste buds of the Rogue Valley.

Went there on MLK day around 12:30pm with my 3 lil kids very expensive $60 and not worth it. The staff was friendly the people cleaning were hard working but the person cooking rushed through my burger the mushrooms and jalapeños weren’t cooked all the way and the Pattys had no seasoning whatsoever. With those prices and bad quality I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Green on my fry( toxic) small fry bits a poor excuse for a fry the whole cup full of these. This is not acceptable considering what they charge it’s outrageous. Both times my hamburger was good. Better than every fast food chain I’ve had. The Cajun fries were way over seasoned the salted fries were way too salty. My chocolate shake was good. I ordered through GrubHub it costs extra even with pickup options but it is worth it so I don’t have to stand there so long waiting. This is a quality control issue. The owner just need to pay a flat $20 per hour and hire solid employees and I’d have to say this is a pretty darn good burger joint. Until they get their act together I can’t recommend them.

You can’t imagine how oily your meal is until you get it in a brown paper bag. The bag is just saturated in oil to the point of it falling apart. Burgers are good but extremely messy.
