We went today for lunch and I am so disgusted. If I could give no stars I would! There was long black HAIR not in one but 2 of our mini taco meals. GROSS! Obviously my daughter was hungry and agreed to wait another 15mins for another order to be made and towards the end of that order she had found another small black piece hair in that taco order. The messed up part is We were still charged for their mistake, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT/CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will never support this business again!

I don’t know why I keep trusting them to get my order correct. I like the taste of their food, but that was the last stand for me. I can’t eat sour cream, and I tell them specifically and put it in bold NO SOUR CREAM. It feels like each time it’s more and more, like they’re messing with me. Anyways, if you like bad service and unhappy employees getting your order wrong, this is your spot.

Called and phone rang about 10 times with no answer. Stopped by and ordered in house for takeout. Place was empty except for 1 customer. Waited over 30 minutes for my order while 2 grub hub drivers came in to pick up orders which they had to wait 15 or so minutes. No wonder there was only 1 patron. Before I left, a couple came in and ordered. They had to ask for napkins. 2 waitresses seemed confused and clueless. Apparently, the sole customer was actually overcharged for an item he never received. Never going back. Disgrace to the original “Zapatas”.

After at least 30 years of going here today was absolutely last because of EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE I RECEIVED. I ordered one beef taco bowl . Girl said 15 minutes for take out / 1:18 PM I arrive on-time and still waited 20 mins more for one. Second she comes out and says they didn’t have any fried ice cream as she told me they did on the phone . Next she hands me the order and wanted to know if I wanted a drink. She handed me a single large taco, which was the wrong order and she said she needed to know what I ordered and was sorry . The owner should be ashamed over hiring these kids who don’t have to take a drug test, are high as who knows what on what and can’t do a simple job . Yes I have compassion for mistakes, but get freaking serious, I was on way to work, late became of her high head and gained a point- too as she doesn’t get disciplined… No since boss most likely likes looking at her …

Gross to describe in one word, I agree with the other comment Taco Bell would be better and cheaper with flavor. I ordered a side of sweet plantain, but I got tostones instead, that’s way two different things. The food was all missing flavor, besides the guacamole. And the guacamole at every other place fills up the bowl but here you get one “ice cream scoop” of it, for $11 that’s a rip-off. The juices in cups are ice with a side of juice. I’ve ordered from here a couple years ago and it was good, but now it’s gone down the drain. Don’t waste your money or time here.

Tried for the first time today. I ordered a combination platter with Enchilada & Flouta, rice and beans. I didn’t care for it and here’s why. Very little if any seasoning. No Enchilada sauce, but the tortilla was dipped before cooked? I’m not sure the flouta was fried, but it was made in a large flour tortilla with only chicken. The salsa was very good. After the price I paid, the quality isn’t there. I won’t be going back, but I am just one person.

The restaurant tempature inside was cold, no heat to keep you warm & comfortable while having your meal. In the past they had taco Tuesday specials & they had no specials on that day, also their prices have increased as well. I know everywhere we go prices have gone up so they need to survive to keep the business going. The food was good..
