Don’t know why they wanted me to give a review, but here it is. 2 stars out of 5, same as I gave on Pizza Hut’s survey. Their pizza hasn’t been as good in the last 20 years, and the breadsticks are always low quality too. The crust was EXTREMELY thing, and crunchy, it was disgusting, didn’t even eat the whole thing, will NOT be returning to Pizza Hut again, and NEVER do this location again!!!

We only received half of our order. When I tried calling back multiple times no one answered the phone. I drove back to the location and was told they do not answer calls if they have “enough orders”. Umm you are a business and should be answering the phone. If you have a long wait due to lots of orders just tell people that. They also were only offering in store credit for the part of my order I did not receive. I wanted my money back for what I did not get. I do not live where this location is and will not be back. They had to call 2 other managers to determine if I could get my money back on the order THEY did not complete. I even asked for the other half if it was still there and was told it was never made.

Ordered online, it was supposed to be delivery so I added a 25% tip, some how it messed up and had to pick up asked for a refund on tip, the manager on duty was very rude and complained of doing a million things I said I don’t like your attitude and the minion things are your job,. If you can’t do your job correctly then find another one. And to top it off the order was wrong. While trying to talk with Mr Scrooge I noticed the cook making a pizza and not wearing gloves

We wanted a personal pan pizza for our kids. We were told it would take 2 hours. While in the store another customer came in. He didn’t get his order and the manger argued with the guy about getting the order he paid over 55 bucks for.

Food is delicious, service could definitely be improved. The counter area is in need of the attention. A little touch up paint would go along way. The lobby is very tight and can only accommodate around 5 people. Make sure your order is correct before leaving. Numerous times we haven’t been given everything and had to immediately tell someone.

I ordered using the app which was glitchy and i had to reload the app multiple times. I finally get my order in and the wait time was pretty decent and food arrived on time. The driver who delievered made me very uncomfortable. I signed his copy and before he gave me my food checked to see how much i tipped. While pulling my food out of his bag he pulled it out vertically and thus when i opened my pizza box all the pizza was on one side of the box in a greasy cheesy pile. The food was so greasy it soaked through the box and made me and my guest sick to our stomachs. Definetly not ordering from here again

I ordered an edge pizza tonight 6/24/2021 and it was horrible! I’d ask to have mushrooms and extra cheese added. The toppings were so skimpy. The pizza was tough to chew. We order at least 3 times a month we will not order this again. Sad because the first one was so good.
