Took my kids here for supper on our way home from Eastern Idaho. Stood at the counter while at least four workers walked back and forth. Not a single one acknowledged our existence. Finally a gal asked if we’d been helped yet 8-10 minutes in. I ordered a 12 piece tender meal for my kids and a 5 piece for myself. I was advised that amount of chicken would take five minutes to cook. Most of the staff there all seemed to be upset they even had customers (no surprise with the younger generation). While waiting for our food I noticed a worker in the fry room with a pressure washer and foam canister….while food was cooking in the fryer he was pressure washing the floors and counters, then soaping everything with the foam canister, and once again washing everything. WITH FOOD COOKING AND EXPOSED TO EVERYTHING!!!! NOT ONLY A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION BUT ALSO A FIRE HAZARD ♂️he paused briefly to stop cleaning to touch cooked food and serve it then went back to cleaning the fry room in the mean time of placing my order there were several other walkin and drive through customers that came in after me and got their food before me. It took 20 minutes for my five piece and an additional 8 minutes for my 12 piece. There was one tender still frozen partially and at least three pieces that were under cooked. Soda machine was extremely dirty and not all selections worked. There were a couple folks that came in while we were finishing up and ordered they stood there awhile I told them how long our food took. Turns out their food wasn’t even entered correctly into the system and the prep cooks didn’t even have their order. Their order was brought out shortly after the mistake was noticed. Bottom line will never return. All around horrible experience.

Customer service was terrible. The lady on the intercom sounded like she hated her job I think her name was Malissa or something. She had braids on NYE afternoon. She did not have a friendly tone what so ever.. The kid who took our money was very polite and professional. Nothing on his part, he was great! I won’t be coming back to this KFC. These KIDS need to do better!!

I see everyone is saying that the staff don’t like their jobs… im originally from Washington state. So we came inside to eat cause we were towing. The lady who I think was a manager showed her racism, were American born and raised, but our heritage is Hispanic. She didn’t try to hide it. I was going to pop off on her but decided not to cause I had my daughter and son. Than a white guy walked in, she was “hello, how are you…etc” shm…

I’ve never known a fast food joint to be so consistently imperfect. Literally every time I ordered from this KFC, (which, between in-person, drive-thru, and Door Dash, is about 10 times so far) I’m either missing an item or the order is just incorrect. I only give 2 stars because the staff are nice, but as much as I appreciate kind customer service, having my order always wrong is unacceptable.
