There’s never enough sauce on the wings for some unfathomable reason. Many times I have gone to this location they have messed up my order. There also seems to be a significant language barrier. Many times I have placed an order for a later time and everytime I have gotten it it tastes like it was made hours earlier. It’s gotten to the point where I never order for a later time and order through the app when I am there.

The fry’s have always been soggy, even if you’re dining in. Wings have been great, but if you order multiple flavors they do not toss them. They just dump some sauce on each pile. Not a great experience overall.

i’ve seen many reviews relating to the Cajun, which is really a great item but there’s never any seasoning hardly any sauce and they always forget to add seasoning to their fries as well. It’s almost like they never have the Cajun seasoning available and it’s my favorite you almost have to call and ask what you’re not supposed to do. It’s really annoying. One other note and not to be sounding racist but maybe it’s a coincidence but I never see any other race other than Hispanic working at this location not that that is a big deal and that’s all good but I had a few qualified friends that are white and African-American apply and never got a callbacks. very odd? just had to get that off my mind.

Took a wile for people to notice I was standing at the counter. I got a 10 piece wing combo and it took over 30 minutes to get out and there was only 2 people in there. Phone rang a million times in a row and no one answered. No trash can in the dining area for people to throw their stuff away. In all slow slow service would not recommend.

Ordered online and picked up to eat in restaurant. Arrived and food was ready when they said it would be. Our order was correct and good. Staff was friendly. Only bad thing was the staff were decorating for Christmas… love the decorations BUT they should not be spraying “fake snow” on the window next to where we were eating. I left with a headache from the smell. I am sensitive to smells so it might’ve just been me. They could’ve also waited for customers to leave and then sprayed.
