I called in three times while shopping at Target across the street. Every time, no one ever answered the phone and the call eventually dropped. So I walked in and the Team Member was just sitting in the back hanging out. I asked why no one was answering the phones and she had no answer. This was at 3:30pm on 7/24. I asked about carryout specials, was told there were none. This is the 2nd time I’ve gotten poor service from this location. Never again. Awful people, awful experience.

This place does not care about there customer service ethic, we ordered 3 pizzas & the food tasted stale & the food was so bland. Then the driver could not even get in to our complex the driver actually took 15 min. In to our bldg. We literally had to go & meet driver downstairs. Did not go even return to us change.

If I could rate this a 0/5 stars I would. Their customer service is horrible. I ordered 2 times the first time my order wasn’t put into the system and the second time it got canceled and when I called back they didn’t answer. Me and my mom both called and they didn’t answer either one of us so we went to their store just for the guy at the register to not even give us a good reasoning for why our order got cancelled. Never ordering here again!!!

Ordered Spinach Alfredo & the quality was not as good as it used to be (quality has declined) but the pizza was hot (good thing), not just warm. Ordered pepperoni but disappointed with the sauce & lower class cheese. These chains including Pizza Hut MUST be using cheaper ingredients, better to order pizza from other places & avoid the chain places! The primary reason for the 3 stars was the staff.

I don’t know what has happened today but I have been a loyal customer for years and today was the worst day ever. I called to speak to a manager because they had delivered the wrong order and then the lady spoke to the driver about my order and she believed him about dropping off. Horrible!! Called at 12:30 for a take out pizza; after taking the order and CC, then the staff is saying the wait time is 45 min to an hour; should I known prior to placing the order, I might have reconsider. After 1 hour and no food arriving, I am calling and she says sorry we cannot get a hold of our driver.. and we can refund you.. of really, thanks for the refund.. and now at 1:30, I should start all over arranging for food…

Worst pizza ever! No taste, stingy on the ingredients and my pizza was burnt. I stopped buying from papa john’s for personal reasons a long time ago. Recently I decided to give them another try. Dear mgmt, please hire or schedule competent customer facing employee during peak hours. Someone who is familiar with your order system, able to answer phones in a professional manner and fully fluent in standard retail conversation. If i was not persistent & patient tonight with my pick up order, your staff was set on telling me i do not have an order and i should go away. The entire time while my order was sitting on the shelf and all your staff had to do was find my name on your computer. It’s clear she was not fluent in English which is fine. I was plenty willing to wait for her to slowly type my name, but instead of taking my ID to type each letter, she kept telling me i do not have an order and i should go. I can tell she’s just filling in for the front desk so i can tell she normally don’t handle front desk. But this is absolutely unacceptable to a regular customer who actually like your pizza. Please help yourself to help your customers.

The pizza we ordered was delivered in about 20 mins instead of the 33 mins to 44 mins. It was hot and fresh! I only order from Papa Johns because the pizza is great and usually it is always delivered within 30 mins. My only complaint is that I don’t like the app for ordering. You easily miss out on getting what you want because of their layout of options.
