Horrible could have made this at home. The driest chicken tender I ever tasted. Usually I never go to restaurants where there’s no one there I mean no one was here. No one in the drive thru, nothing. Now I know why , don’t go here.

First time visit. Ordered 3 whole wings and 2 pieces of cod (not meals). Cost over $12.00. The wings were ok, but the cod were very small pieces and one (on the left) was pretty much breading, maybe 2 inches of meat. Certainly not worth the money. The staff was nice and the place seemed clean.

I was a bit skeptical of this place since I had never been there before but was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted delightfully upon entering the establishment which is small but extremely welcoming and decided to have the 4 wing 3 perch combo. Let me tell you that lemon pepper is no joke, the food was good but I feel like the seasoning really took it the extra mile. And don’t get me started on that strawberry cheesecake. Overall, I wouldn’t change anything about my experience and I will definitely be visiting again.

I just stopped in there and had a fish and chicken combo. Everything was delicious. The biscuit was sweet. Everything was fried perfectly. The lemonade was sweet. Getting there y’all you won’t be disappointed and everyone is super nice in there.

Ordered fried chicken thighs and legs and a couple thighs were rancid! you can smell it’s bad chicken even through the bad and garbage can. We had to throw that outside it was so bad. As a new place you’d think they’d be serving their best. I need the health dept to pay them a visit.

I have literally NEVER had burnt chicken from captain jays before until now and it taste like it was cooked in old grease. The coleslaws BOTH had huge gashes in the bottom of their containers and leaked all over my food I have never not finished my food from a captain jays until today bread was as hard as a rock. I wouldn’t say the customer service was bad but it’s not anything to rave about. I will continue to go to the D for my chicken thought I was onto something when this one opened by me will not be going back

I asked for an extra cocktail sauce and was literally told no, it may be trivial, but I will not go back. This was my first experience there and was my last. I ordered cod and received perch, I guess they don’t know the difference.
