Horrible place they can’t get the order right. I asked for no tomatoes and they put tomatoes and I asked for extra Pepperoncinis and none. I call and the manager is rude. Lost a customer. The owner should really consider a new manager

I been here couple of times and the service has always been great. You get greet instantly and everyone is polite and helpful. Store is clean and it has outside sitting, prices are affordable. They also offer delivery through doordash, you need to have a mask in to go in.

I came from Salinas and the togos here in Hollister is absolutely disgusting! The veggies were soggy and the pepperoncini taste like medicine … my stomach hurt right after I finished the sandwich. To top it off they have a bunch of high schoolers who don’t know how to make a correct order because they messed mine up. Safe to say I’ll never be back here again

Just had the worst service ever from ANY Togo’s. 35 minutes with only 2 people ahead of us? Is this normal? They also found a way to mix up my order, I ordered a large and received a small, ordered it hot and received it cold, ordered roast beef and received pastrami. Tried to call to complain, but they only had a recording that referred us to their website. Could not order in person either had to place order on kiosk. Very dispointed. Not sure I will ever go back.
