The general manager need to learn to put at least one cashier at the front. Not everyone at the back of the store just waiting on the drive thru. My son is working doordash. And he was told to wait till they finish drive thru. Please work on customers service. Ppl do get upset if they have to wait over 30 minutes before they get served. And no one food should be cold.

Not so good experience today. Bathroom sink terrible, no paper towels, no hand sanitizer, cashier not friendly. Didn’t realize you charged for the sauces that are within arms reach, I would keep them behind the counter if you charge for them. Pepperoni pizza was good.

I placed an order online and wanted to pick it up at 8:45pm. When I went to pick up the order we were told the order was placed to be ready at 9:45. After traveling for 12 hrs with 3 little ones we didn’t want to wait another hour for the pizza. After I told them of my mistake they were kind enough to make the order and have it done in 10 minutes!

We ordered 2 of the thin crust pizzas and they gave us the thicker crusts. They acknowledged that they messed up the order but refused to make it right. They said it was their policy to still make you pay for it even though it was there mistake and make you pay again to make it right.

Dont go in and order. Use the app and pick it up so you dont have to deal with ignorance. Waited over 20 minutes for my order. Initially went in ordered, got told they didnt the pizza. The girl behind the counter couldn’t understand that was placing an order and waiting for it. When I finally went back to the counter to see if it was ready, the same girl looked at me and said she thought I had left so she put my order out to sell.

Extramost best pepperoni has just been a regular pepperoni pizza minus half the pepperoni here lately. Was told that’s all they had.. they make all lemon pepper wings, then add the buffalo or barbecue sauce if any one orders them, so you have lemon pepper buffalo wings.. it’s gotten considerably worse since they’ve opened.
