Wow I read all the past reviews! We ate there yesterday and service was good, food was great ! Our order was taken by one of the employees there because we didn’t want to do that crazy ordering online I guess you can say! She was very friendly and our food came out quickly!! Good job! Manager is a punk! Two times this guy has gave me attitude. Went inside for the first time to order because I had a trailer on the truck. No one at the counter and he came up and told me to order from the kiosk instead, and walked away. A couple behind me walked out in disgust. And two times I’ve sat at the drive through and no one answered me. First time I just pulled around and they took my order, no problem. And then today it happened again and cars started backing up behind me, so I pulled around. Sat behind the one car that waiting for there food. And that took forever. Never seen a drive through, fast food restaurant so slow anyway. Sad. But anyway today they wouldn’t take my order and told me I have to back around, but now the line wrapped around the building. The manger got a attitude and mouthed off. I had my fair share of words also. He looked at my plates and gave me the I see you fingers to his eyes.

Might be one of the worst TB’s I’ve been to in the US. Not sure if corporate is pushing for more orders to be handled on the tablets now in-store, but workers simply refuse to manually take orders. If you’re paying cash, be ready to stand in front of the register for 5+ minutes waiting for an employee to take your order only for them to approach you rudely and ask if you’ve placed your order on a tablet yet. Orders don’t come out correctly. Coffee with weird additions not asked for, missing burritos, etc. No one speaks fluent English. TB do better

This taco bell is a joke. I have never felt it necessary in my 31 years to write a negative review, until now. If you are driving to Leadville from Summit and want Taco Bell, GO TO FRISCO INSTEAD. And if you HAVE to eat here, OPEN YOUR BAG AND CHECK EVERY ITEM BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY. I have not picked up a single correct order from this location. The people that “work” here are beyond rude; they are lazy and completely, entirely apathetic. After picking up another incorrectly prepared order (of just 2 items), I drove back to this Taco Bell and asked the girl at the front register to remake it. She immediately rolled her eyes, and…left. She WALKED OUTSIDE, without saying a word to me or the people in the kitchen behind her. I finally yelled back at the guy working the drive through, who came over to help me. NO MANAGER in sight, during a dinner rush. This will absolutely be my last attempt to order from this location. The restaurant deserves ZERO stars, and just ONE star for the single employee who decided to help me.

It’s honestly better then most the Mexican in town and that’s sad but glad it’s here because like I said it not bad and better then most taco bells. Only issue is the hours, they don’t serve breakfast and only open 10am-11pm not 8am like it says. So make sure you note the time. They have a large sign that says that on there door.

While the manager was nice and the staff was friendly, it took almost 20 minutes to get my full order. I would write that off as a mistake but this is the third time I’ve placed and order inside when it wasn’t busy (neither the drive thru or inside) and my food, from order to finish, took atleast 20-25 minutes.

In Leadville, and just wanted something quick. Horribly slow service, missed a drink item and then the open mouthed worker said “oh we don’t have that now” after waiting 10 minutes for dine in order. Menus were literally taped to the wall.

Placed an order inside for vegetarian Mexican pizza and vegetarian grilled cheese burrito. My Mexican pizza had hair in it and the burrito had beef and non melted cheese. Mistakes happen and that alright it human. But the attitude of the employees unrealistic. When I took the Mexican pizza back and showed them the hair instead of apologizing they rolled their eyes took it and threw it away. Made me a new one with cheese that was not melted. Did not even apologize about the beef burrito. Instead again with the attitude as if I was the inconvenience. Mistakes are human but their attitude and service is absolutely garbage just like their food.
