I came in about 2 weeks ago and stood in there for 15 min with nobody coming to the front for help. Somebody else walked in and they helped her right away, so I just left. I already waisted 15 min standing there. Today I figured I’d give it another try but this time I ordered online. It took AN HR for only 3 pizzas. Ordered delivery from here. Didn’t get any sauces, and my wings were wrong!! Of course a generic call back number. Then store phone just beeps busy tone. !! Only go here if you GO IN and get your pizza. OR use your money elsewhere!!! Won’t be ordering again.

Absolutely horrible experience! I ordered over 20 pizzas ahead of time for pickup, and when I arrived the store doors were locked. No one answered the door or the phone. I am left without pizzas or notice of store closure. It is 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon. This is unacceptable. I was told the store was closed by the phone agent for Little Caesars while waiting outside. I hope this issue is addressed by this location’s manager soon.

The front counter clerk was sitting on the counter, back faced the front door. So unprofessional I must say. Staff definitely gave this place, a “I don’t want to help anyone” type feel. Ordered a “extramostbestest” pizza, which should have had extra pepperoni, and extra cheese. There was bare minimum pepperoni on the pizza, looked worst than a classic pepperoni pizza. The manager still didn’t make it right. Claimed he was just covering this store due to poor training.

Waited in the lobby over 35 minutes PAST when the food was supposed to be ready from ordering in the online app. 20+ minutes after I was emailed that it was ready, it wasn’t. After asking where it was after 10 minutes, they just guessed they gave it to someone else, as they were messing up orders left and right, and people picking their stuff up nonstop after we arrived. Over 45 minutes of waiting in the Lobby, ask again and they said they were just then starting to make it. Their customer service sucks, they just don’t care. They have a “take it or leave it” attitude. Unfortunately they’re the only one in our area!!! Appalling!!! Wish Corporate could/would do something about the horrendous service!!!!

The worst location! Stay away from here! placed an online order once I get to the store to pick up they can’t find my order, there was a lot of people waiting and the 3 employees are just standing there acting stupid! I didn’t want to deal with their incompetence so I ask for a refund, they tell me they are in a rush hour so it will be a minute for the manager to come out to assist me with my refund, never giving this chain my business again
