The service was nice, but it was the most pathetic wrap I had ever seen. Spent $10 for an almost empty wrap. Usually my club wrap is bursting full, and today someone must have been having a laugh in the kitchen, cause that wrap was empty.

Went to McAlister’s and was instantly greeted with smiles, helped us out with the menu and quick service. When my meal wasn’t completely right they immediately made a new one and even gave me a free cookie! The staff were the kindest people I’ve come across, 10/10 food too! Will proudly say this is the best food experience I’ve had!

My wife and I were in. Your place for lunch today! Host was Christopher he said which button to hit for no tip! I hit that button and when I got home I see I’ve got 3:61 tip on my bill! I don’t feel like should tip my when I have to stand in for 10 minutes to order my own food!

If I could give a ZERO for customer service I would! They had me waiting in the drive through 20 minutes for my food. I had to go inside to tell them I was still outside waiting. And the manager didn’t even apologize for the wait or anything. The only person that did was this older lady who was cleaning the tables!! This is ridiculous!!

I had 1 car in front of me in the drive thru. I ordered a salad. I pull forward and 20 minutes later I get my food after the 2 cars behind me get their food first. They are generally slow to get food out but this was ridiculous.

My wife and I arrived to dine in at 7:55 pm. We are from Texas where McAllisters stays open til 9pm so we were unaware this location closed at 8pm. It makes sense know when I think back to how the young girl mopping scoffed in disgust when we walked in. She took our order and instead of telling us the restaurant was closed she brought our food bag up as a Togo order and told us we have to leave the restaurant. When we inspected our food we found that several things we ordered were missing from our order in their rush to get us out. Horrible horrible customer service!!!!
