I’ve been coming here for years and the food here is truly amazing! this is a hidden gem in dc. Anytime I’m back in dc I have to go there. My favorites are the chilito and their garlic pork sausages, the flavors are amazing. Also loving their new ham and cheese sandwich. This is a place you need to visit!

I absolutely adore this place. I come here whenever life brings me back to DC and I miss their food when I’m away for too long.

They make their own tortillas for beans sake! This is one of our go to favorites for a late breakfast, lunch, or just to stock up on chilitos and veggielitos at home. During the pandemic we discovered they freeze really well. You can’t go wrong with any selection here.

If you want it in a hurry, order ahead of time. That aside, the vibes and food are impeccable. The food is straightforward but effective. The potatoes? deliciously crisp

I will start this review by saying the breakfast sandwiches are pretty good. With that being said the food isn’t good enough to wait for over two hours for 3 sandwiches. I live around the corner from this place and would love to love this place, but I order food when I’m hungry and not when I’m thinking about being hungry. Every time I order food from here it’s usually an hour wait on the pickup time. I’m not sure why this takes so long. A little information is helpful. Today I made another order and after the order was completed I saw that it was going to be over a 2 hour wait. I waited 30 minutes hoping that it was a mistake and walked over to check on the order. All I received as a response when asking if it was really going to take that long was a “yeah”… Sorry but it’s not worth the wait…

Really good. Walk in and smell fresh sausage and bacon being fried. Small place with about 8 counter seats. Take a bunch home for dinner. Dont forget the chili
