I got to tell ya…this was quite the experience. Went with a group of 4. They come and grab you at the bar collectively 5min before which is fun. Great and attentive service and everyone was super knowledgeable of the wine and food.

This is what a tasting menu is supposed to be. In every sense there is no better way to spend two hours eating, at any cost. Vinyl music playing, staff super friendly and helpful, and the food … well. Just go. I’ve been all over the world and had some amazing meals from $0.50 Mumbai street food to $1000 white glove and this was a contender for best ever.

Genuine article. Well worth the arm and leg. Be sure to opt for the wine pairing. Staff is genuine, warm and attentive. Service flows naturally in a gorgeous space while a turntable spins real vinyls for music all night long. Everything far exceeded my already high expectations, truly transcendental dining experience and one of the best wine pairings I’ve ever had. Brava Blanca!

The 16-course menu was interesting, creative, and of course, delicious. Very intimate space and you see all the chefs prepare the dishes. I recommend getting sake with some of the dishes.
