This is the worst Caesars location I’ve ever been to. I have never seen 4 employees make food more slowly in my life. When I worked at a pizza place in college, I could make pizza faster on my own than they did. Was told it would be 8 minutes for a hot n ready. It actually took closer to 25 and I literally watched them give a pizza to a person who came in and ordered after me, before giving me one. Next time I need a quick dinner for my kid, I’ll be going literally anywhere else.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I placed an order online, didn’t get any kind of update. I get there (about 25 minutes after my pick up time) and there’s a sign on the door saying they are closed because they ran out of dough. The employees are standing in the back, talking amongst themselves. Tried to call 3 times, no answer. There are employees outside smoking cigarettes and once I spoke with them, they’re now able to make my order. My order has been made, sitting under the warmer waiting to be picked up and is now gross.

The girl that got there shortly after me and clocked in is awesome she took care if 3 customers in a matter of minutes and she just walked in the door. She deserves a raise but the other people working couldn’t handle the customers and the food prepping.

I worked for this little caesars location and me as well as many co workers have gotten gipt on our hours, they also treat their employees like junk. Will be reporting to police and the labor board as I’m owed over 60 hours of work!!!!

I don’t understand how this location is so bad. Every time I’m here it’s like they’re surprised people want to buy pizza. They had half their people in the back making sauce while the lobby was packed and only one person actually working on getting the pizza out. Tonight my order was 20 min late and there was no acknowledgment of that. The only reason I think I got it that quick was because I kept asking. I won’t order before any more because of LC hadn’t already charged me, I would’ve left.
