First time at Mimo’s. I ordered the Waffle Breakfast, eggs scrambled – dry, bacon and asked for the hash browns to be crispy and well done. A friend ordered his bacon well done.

We loved everything at the original Mimo’s. Mimo’s 2, absolutely horrible. My husband and I got Smothered Green Chili Burrito’s. The green chili was orange and greasy. His was a Carna Asada and mine was Ground Beef. Both of the meats tasted Rancid and spoiled. There was also very little meat in both. They barely give you a teaspoon of sour cream. We both asked for extra sour cream and got 1 small bowl with approx 2 teaspoons of sour cream in it. We also asked for our child to get the chicken alfredo dish with no chicken and a side of broccoli and they wouldn’t do it. Chicken is more expensive than Broccoli and we would have paid for the full price of the dish. Note that they don’t have smaller portions for kids. We addressed our issues with our waitress and she flat out said the people behind us got the same thing and it was fine. We talked to that couple in the parking lot and they said it was not good either. She didn’t even have the owner or manager come talk to us. Then the waitress didn’t even bother to bring our check and sent someone else. Very sad. I just tried calling and they said you are not around to speak with. We ate there today @ 4:30 and left @ 5:30.

Delicious and hot breakfast served by Kamilia who was very pleasant. The omelette was very filling and the hash browns did not have onions, score! The waffle was a bit undercooked as I like mine a bit more crispy but still good. Highly recommend stopping here on your travels.

Breakfast this morning, splurged on the Country Fried Steak Plate. Great service and food. CFS was fork tender and crisp, gravy was tasty and not too salty, biscuit was so moist and fluffy, one of the best I’ve had. Over medium eggs were perfect, yolk ‘walked not ran’. Not the cheapest breakfast but certainly the best I’ve had in Montrose.

It’s OK. The inside feels like an old Chinese buffet kinda place that was never remodeled. The food is ok, on par with a Denny’s or something like that, but for a few dollars more.

Went in this place at 10:30am after the morning rush. The place was dirty, chaotic and dark. The service was non-existent. It is basically a bar that tries to serve breakfast food. We sat for 20 minutes without a single person asking us if we wanted water or something else to drink. Save your time. Go to Starvin Arvin’s or The Cabin.
