Drove from Ithaca to Mt. Pleasant just to get a half BLT X2 bacon, half bbq pizza. Got all the way home only To see the BLT half only had x2 Bacon and cheese. NO BLT. Called the store. Lady says you can drive back and bring the whole pizza with you and we’ll give you a cookie. I explained I live in Ithaca and would prefer not to drive a 40 minutes round trip a second time to get the pizza I ordered the first time around. I already have a cookie that I paid for. I told her I’d rather have half the my money back for the pizza and next time I’d check my pizza before I leave as I understand we make mistakes. Her response was the only option is a cookie and remake. Nice!!

No turkey or spinach. My order didn’t update the time when I sent it through, so they didn’t make it. Rather than be safe and have it ready.. Store want the nicest, but not horrible. Just kinda a little below average this one was. We normally love Jets tho. First bad deal ever

Slow. The website needs to provide accurate pickup times. Failure to do so isn’t a fault of the location, but it gives a bad customer experience. Online ordering is not new to Jets; they have had it for many years. It should be refined enough to provide an accurate timeline. Until then, I’ll order elsewhere.
