Food is ok. Sometimes it’s over cooked, sometimes way to greasy, sometimes it’s not enough toppings and way to much crust. Always been pulled forward to park. Sometimes I have to drive to the next parking lot across the street and watch like a hawk for a spot to come open. Other times I’ve had to park in back near the order mic and then drive back around just to check to see if there’s a parking spot available. Some of the staff have been very rude. Cuts me off before finished ordering and I’ll have to finish once at the window. Wait time when been parked has exceed the time of 52 minutes.

We ordered the $6.00 Pizza and Sticks and it is absolutely horrid. It is so thin and hard that you can’t eat it. This isn’t the first time we have gotten a pizza like this from this location. Very disappointed with this. I would take it back but it’s a 15 minute ride back from my house. I took another picture to show you that the crust with the cheese is about as thick as a quarter. That’s super thin. It was supposed to be the original crust. It’s smaller than the thin.

I never write reviews, but because the service was the absolute worst, I felt compelled to let the public know. This has to be the worst pizza establishments in the chain. My expectations were extremely low, (because after all it is Little Caesars), but somehow the employees fell well below those expectations. I waited over 30 minutes for 6 terribly cooked wings. Employee (Jeremiah) told me the order was never put in. Then when i finally received my order, it did not have ranch, when I asked for the ranch, he gave it to me and said: “Normally I would make you pay for that”. It was on the ticket, so I’m pretty positive I paid for the pre-packaged ranch. Whatever they are paying him is far more than he deserves. If I could give this place negative stars I would. If this place closes down, it would be a favor to the community. Please never go to Little Caesars.

It is 10:40pm on a satyrday and have been calling for ab 15-20min I never got anyone… I ran straight here from work to pick something up 4 my lil_boy and found they had already closed the store (at least 30-40min early)!! If your hrs are 11-11 you open and shut down @ those times not whenever you please!!

Decided to get some pizza for my mom’s birthday last night and after we started eating we opened the sauce cups and there was an insane amount of mold growing inside. My mom called the manager who promptly said ‘well I’ve never heard of that before’ and offered to only replace the sauce, with more sauce that probably has the same issue!

Pizza wasn’t the worst but definitely lacked that level of flavor and satisfaction expected when you come to a Little Caesars. Service was fast and staff were nice. Recommend dropping by Pizza Hut or any other pizza joint if you can. But if you have no other choice this location is kid friendly, will provide you with optimal food experience and speedy service.

Rude and hateful attitudes, they charge more for thin crust because it’s considered a custom order, even though you’re getting less crust…plus have to wait forever then realize the order isn’t what you ordered…so much for the “hot and ready” slogan scam their running.

Shows 18.99 deal online, doesnt specifically say you have to place order online.. either way i call store and talk to two employees because i only have cash and would like to do the 18.99 special, they said we cant put the code from online in but once you get to window we will add a coupon code to change from 24 to 18.99. So i waited 30 minutes for pizza etc.. to cook then went through drive through.. got to window and manager comes to window and says 24 dollars or something. I was like the girls on the phone said you all would do coupon cause of the special. She was like no i am manager and whoever told you that is wrong. I was like so me waiting 30 minutes to now be told this and you cant do anything? Nope she said, while all my stuff was sitting behind her. So this place would rather lose money after making this food then just helping a customer out who was told the wrong info and who just wasted 30 minutes. Maybe hire someone who understands this, who then afterwards could retrain said employees on any future policy issues thay might arise. I guess thats to much to ask considering.. but what do i know!
