I ordered through Door Dash. I ordered a large pizza and a 20oz Pepsi. When my Dasher arrived he mentioned that he thought it odd that the receipt from Papa Johns said I’d ordered the 20oz but when he asked if he should just grab it from the fridge they told him no. They said I hadn’t ordered one. I called the store and was transferred to who I was told was the manager. He expressed time and time again that the store had no fault and that it was Door Dash’s fault. I told him what the Dasher told me had been said in the store and he just reiterated that the Dasher should have just grabbed the soda……when I told the manager the Dasher was told by store staff not to grab a soda the manager said, “Oh yeah man that’s definitely DoorDash’s fault.” No, what it is is pathetic customer service.

Pizza here is consistently good, but this time it was exceptional! We ordered today for dinner on the app, it estimated 29-39 minutes, and it arrived piping hot and delicious about 15-20 minutes later. Pizza delivery to my address in general takes 40+ minutes, so I couldn’t have been more pleased!

I should have looked at the ratings before I went to this place. When I tell you I’ve never been more disappointed in papa johns pizza this an understatement. This pizza obviously didn’t get pulled out of the oven fast enough and must of sat on the oven belt because the bottom of the crust was like I was bitting into hard toast. I can deal with the fact that the guy wasn’t all that polite but at least get the good right. I NEVER plan to go back to this place.
