Bad bad customer service!!!! Horrible sounds better. Went through drive thru, lady had an attitude. Once I get to the window, lady was rude, didn’t greet or anything. I wanted to slap her silly but held back. My plate looked like they just threw everything in there at once. I paid for my food, this is not no handout. Their customer service is the worse by far. NEED NEW CREW

Pulled in drive through to place and order at 8:10 pm. I was promptly greeted with, “Sorry, we can’t any orders at this time” I replied, excuse me? She repeated herself. I asked her why they weren’t able to take any orders, and she replied with “my screen is full so I can’t take any more orders.” There were two cars in the drive-through so I had to back out or sit in the drive-through and wait for them to leave.

Fish sandwhich is sad. Piece of fish on dry ace bread the size of a hot dog bun. No tarter or pickles …no cheese of course. No Nothing …just bread and fish. Had to ask for a side of tarter. They charge way too much for this item.

Should have looked here first. Placed an online order. Arrived and got some unintelligible reply about not taking orders at the drive through speaker. I pulled up, waited, no one came to the window. Looked like they were cleaning up inside. Two vehicles were parked in the lane and I had to back out of the narrow drive through. Now I just need to figure out how to get my effin money back. And likely never do business with them again.

Customer service was awful. I am guessing the manager was bamming on the back door and yelled open the Ducking door. The did not have my complete order when I pulled up. Took forever for the food. The supervisor or manager took my money at the window she was super Rude. She should not be in a lead position. It happened today at 6 10pm Feb 14 2023. Hopefully corporate or someone over this store come in and fix the poor service at this store. This was ridiculous!! Will not be back again.
