The worst place I can order from. I call my order three times to confirm it and they still can’t get it right. I want cheese bread with Parmesan cheese, Italian sausage, and butter that’s it what’s so hard about getting that order right?. Order is messed up every single time!! I get there to pick up my order and they don’t have it cause it wasn’t placed cause they misunderstood..smh…won’t do that again

Pizza here is “adequate” as ever but the service is non-existent, just like their pizza portal system; oh no, the portals are there but you’ll still have to wait for staff to get to you and find your order every time. It’s always such a hassle here

The pizza pick-up “lockers” system is great in theory, but it was not working right when I went. Could have been a staff issue rather than a system issue. I got an email with my code for the “locker,” then another saying I had to pick up from the counter. So I went to the counter and the cashier had to place the food I ordered into the “locker” thing instead of giving it to my hands. Very silly.

The food was fine, but the manager, pink haired lady with a neck tat, was being absolutely awful to her staff right in front of customers. She was also rude to me. Maybe having a bad night, but there’s really no excuse for that especially from someone in charge.
