Food is okay, used to be amazing but, They’ve definitely gotten skimpy on their servings since the past, my last meal the rice was dry and overcooked. The mongolian beef was pretty flavorless and my fried wontons were so burnt I could only eat a few.

Called to place an order for delivery a child answered the phone and asked if we could pick up our order instead of having it dropped off to our home. We said we couldn’t pick it up (none of their business why by the way). The child said the manager would be able to drop it off for us but there would be a $3.00 delivery fee which we said would be fine. After the child looked up our address they insisted that we come pick up the order because we were close. We hung up due to the lack of professionalism and willingness to accommodate paying customers. Will not be dining here again. 10/10 would not recommend.

Sadly the food has become awful. I ordered hot sour soup & asked it to be extra spicy. The child who answered the phone said ok. I picked up the soup & it was not even hot, it was barely warm & it was bland, there was no taste and it was almost Jello. I’ll never go back again. Place has gone bad. Sad.

They used to be good until about a year ago. Everyone has an off day now and then, but gave them couple more chases to prove themselves. Ordered egg rolls the one time. How do you mess up egg rolls? they were burnt. They should have thrown them out and made another order, but they didn’t. another time, I called to order. A young kid answered the phone. My order was completely messed up. Not at all what I ordered. I called them, they delivered the order, but it wasn’t that great. This place isn’t even 1 mile from my house, but I go to Fairport now for my Chinese. It’s so much better.

This was actually my first time trying them. Food was good but customer service was horrible from the kids. When I originally placed my order I spoke with a polite lady. I agreed to pay with cash. Then realized I had no cash. I called back to ask to pay with card (child answers) states we do not accept card. Then goes on to say $10 minimum. I say ok although my food was only $8.45 I agreed! Then he goes on to say the woman already told you that it was $10 minimum. But how if I originally agreed to pay with cash? Anyways to make this long story shorter. The kids need proper phone etiquette. Or don’t have them on phone period please! They come off as rude and I definitely won’t spend my hard earned dollar where it is not valued!

This is our go-to takeout Chinese place! Their food is always super quick and amazing. Their Lo Mein is some of the best you can get around and their dumplings (and dumpling sauce) are ridiculously tasty. Super friendly staff! We have been going to them for years and they are always solid.

So where should start? oh yes lets get to the dumplings they were absolutely great the juiciness the trend gives it a great tase. Second the egg roll were great! They are unhealthy but you only live once give the egg rolls a try and you will thank me later. Third is the egg foo young I have try several places and they just can’t master the egg foo young I would like. I like the kind that has a soft and flavorful egg foo young. Fourth is the one of the things Chinese can’t mess up. I present you the gerenal tso chicken it’s sauce has a spicy kick to the food and it’s chicken is crispy and goes well with the sauce. Last but not least I present you the legendary SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN! It is one of the best of the best thing you could ever get but this restaurant go beyond they made the chicken crispy and it sounds like what it is sweet and sour chicken the sauce is made from there own ingredient that is all for this restaurant. There is no word to say it is the best in all of Rochester. Very very highly recommend.

The food was fine. However, we submitted an order online at 12:20 PM. At 1:20 PM we called to see where the food was, and they said that they did not receive the order, even though we received a confirmation email containing our receipt. They said that it would be an additional 30-40 minutes. An hour later, we received our food delivery. This is TWO HOURS after we placed the original order. They did not take any charges off of the bill for the inconvenience. Overall, I am not impressed or pleased with the service, but their lunch specials are $5, and the food is alright.

Normally this isn’t a bad little place. Pros is that they are reasonably priced however the last few times have been terrible. Took and hour for delivery and I’m only a couple blocks away. I could have walked and gotten my food faster. I specifically order thier general Tso’s because it’s usually good but this time it was horrible my lips actually tingled and I couldn’t taste my food my mouth was on fire. My crab Rangoon was chewy like undercooked chewy and not a bit of crab just cream cheese filling. Egg rolls were also mushy. A year ago this was a decent little place but it has really gone downhill as of late.
